This honey is derived from the blossoms of the Hardwood Hammock. A unique ecosystem found only in the Florida Keys. The trees in this grove include Gumbo-Limbo, Ironwood, Mahogany, Dogwood, and Lignum Vitae with a hint of White Mangrove blossoms.
